Antitrust Reminder
A reminder on antitrust-compliant conduct within the pre-competitive AMAP research cluster.

AMAP brings competitors from the aluminium industry together at a shared research site. To keep this collaboration antitrust-compliant, the following applies to all colloquia, project meetings, and the AMAP Forum:
- Exchange is strictly limited to pre-competitive research content — no coordination on prices, volumes, customers, or markets.
- Confidential business data of individual member companies is not shared within the consortium.
- Participants are required to leave or interrupt any discussion that goes beyond the pre-competitive scope.
- AMAP GmbH's management is available at any time to answer questions about the antitrust framework.
